Privacy Policy

Sorveno Translate ("the App") is operated by Sorveno (Soshi Kawano, Roppongi KS Building 5F, 3-16-12 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032, Japan). This policy explains what data the App handles when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store. Last updated: September 14, 2026.

What we collect

• Store information: your myshopify domain, enabled languages, and the app plan you selected.
• Store content to translate: product, collection, page, blog, menu, metafield, image alt text, policy and theme text that you choose to translate, plus the translations the App writes to Shopify.
• Your settings: glossary terms, tone instructions, and which items you locked or restored.
• Technical logs: job status, error messages, and token usage needed to run and bill the service.

The App does not access or store customer personal data (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or orders). It only requests Shopify permissions for products, content, themes, locales and translations.

How we use it

Store content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API (Anthropic PBC, USA) solely to produce translations. Anthropic processes this content as a sub-processor and does not use API inputs to train its models. We use settings and logs to run translation jobs, show you history, and support you.

Where and how long

Data is stored on Fly.io infrastructure. Translations you approve live in your Shopify store and remain there after you uninstall. The App's own records for your store are deleted within 48 hours of uninstall when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook, or on request.

Your rights

You can view, lock, restore or delete any translation from the App at any time. Merchants and their customers may request access to or deletion of data by emailing us. We respond to Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks; because the App stores no customer data, there is nothing to return or erase for those requests.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and expire automatically. All traffic uses HTTPS. Only the operator has access to production systems.

Sorveno Translate（以下「本アプリ」）は Sorveno（川野宗史、〒106-0032 東京都港区六本木3丁目16番12号 六本木KSビル5F）が運営します。本アプリが Shopify ストアで扱うデータは次のとおりです。最終更新: 2026年9月14日。

• ストア情報: myshopify ドメイン、有効な言語、選択中のプラン。
• 翻訳対象のストアコンテンツ: 商品・コレクション・ページ・ブログ・メニュー・メタフィールド・画像の代替テキスト・ポリシー・テーマ文言と、本アプリが Shopify に書き込んだ翻訳。
• 設定: 用語集、文体の指示、ロック・復元の記録。
• 技術ログ: ジョブの状態、エラー、課金に必要なトークン使用量。

本アプリは顧客の個人情報（氏名・住所・メール・電話番号・注文）にアクセスせず、保存もしません。翻訳のためにストアコンテンツを Anthropic 社の Claude API（米国）に送信します。Anthropic は API の入力をモデルの学習に使用しません。データは Fly.io 上に保存され、アンインストール後は Shopify からの shop/redact 通知により48時間以内に削除されます（ストアに書き込まれた翻訳は Shopify 側に残ります）。お問い合わせ: support@sorveno.app
